The economic condition in Rochester is still challenging apart from the fact that it has abundant highly educated workforce, well funded colleges, and determined and diligent people. The candidates who visited this fair looked quite overwhelmed and were hoping to get better job opportunities. Both experienced candidates and freshers attended the fair. She with three other recruiters was busy explaining candidates about customer service positions with opportunities for growth.
